Georgetown Assisted Living

People take pride in being independent and self-reliant, but what happens when a person finds it difficult to cook or bath or walk or manage medication? Georgetown Assisted Living, a part of the The Pines at Whiting community in New Jersey offers a real choice when help is needed, with a state-of-the art assisted living facility that residents think of as their neighborhood, their community, and their home.

The Program

Located in central New Jersey in the beautiful New Jersey Pinelands, The Pines at Whiting has developed a "neighborhood" concept so residents can live and socialize with people who have similar needs and experiences. Our assisted living programs offers three distinct residential neighborhoods as our residents think of them, so that as people age and care needs increase, residents can move to another neighborhood that can better meet their needs.

Sometimes people even move to a new neighborhood to regain strength and then return to their former one. This approach enables us to provide more personal care and create a more supportive living environment while controlling cost.

The Commons
This neighborhood offers personal care support for tasks such as dressing, grooming and taking medications.

The Pavilion
The facilities at The Pavilion provide additional medical support and a greater level of assistance with daily activities than other neighborhoods.

The Garden Walk
This special care facility is specifically tailored for individuals with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
