  • Choose from aerobics, strength training, balance, reflex, stretching, tai chi, chair yoga, and much much more, all geared to help improve cardiovascular endurance,bone density, mobility, balance and hand eye coordination
  • Take any one of our 27 weekly fitness classes
  • Team up with an instructor to create your own individual training plan
  • Take advantage of our senior-friendly equipment ranging from treadmills and resistance training to free weights and machines
